St. Regis
We have secured a block of rooms at the St. Regis Resort in Aspen from Sunday, Feb 26, through Wednesday, Feb 29, 2012, at the discounted rate of $544/night + applicable taxes. The reservation deadline for this room rate is February 1, 2012.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to our very limited room block, a maximum of (4) rooms per registered ACOS-Dulaney Winter Meeting Corporate Sponsor are available at the St. Regis. The group block begins on Feb 26, 2012, and we are unable to provide access to any discounted rooms at our group rate either prior to February 26 or after February 29, 2012 (Discounted rooms may be available at the group rate prior to February 26 or after February 29, 2012 however it is at the discretion of the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about the availability of these rates.) All reservations at the St. Regis must be accompanied by a deposit, and the balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will forfeit all charges on record. SKY Hotel
We have also secured a limited room block at the SKY Hotel, located just two blocks from the St. Regis. The rate is $326/night over the meeting dates (2/26/12 - 2/29/12) and will expire on January 27, 2012. Reservations can be made by calling (970) 429-7808. Please be sure to mention the ACOS-Dulaney Winter Meeting to receive the discounted rate.

LIMELIGHT LODGE
We have also negotiated a discounted room rate at The Limelight Lodge, located just about one block from the St. Regis. The following rates will be available from February 24 – 29, 2012.  (Please note that there is a 2-night minimum stay required in order to secure these rates.)

• Standard King rate of $305.00 per night
  (plus tax and resort fee)
• Deluxe King rate of $325.00 per night
  (plus tax and resort fee)
• Deluxe Double Queen of $325.00 per night
  (plus tax and resort fee)

The resort fee includes: Transfers to and from Aspen airport; in-town transportation; all housekeeping gratuities; use of the Fitness Center; wireless internet service; domestic long distance and local phone calls and expanded continental breakfast.
