Guest Policy & Fees
All guests who wish to attend any meals associated with the meeting are required to register online. Admission to educational sessions is prohibited. Please note: guest fees are non-refundable.

Guest Fee - $200/Guest
A Guest is a registered attendee's spouse, child over 17, or guest who is not a physician, office administrator, ophthalmic medical personnel, or corporate personnel. Children under 4 will not be charged a fee.

Guest Plus One Child (Age 4-17) - $250
A registered attendee's spouse, child over 17, or guest who is not a physician, office administrator, ophthalmic medical personnel, or corporate personnel, plus one child aged 4-17. Each additional child age 4-17 is an additional $50. Children under 4 will not be charged a fee.
